You can also choose a Sell & Rent Back scheme. This lets you sell your property to us but you stay in your home as tenants paying rent. So you get the best of both worlds!

However if your home is on with an Estate Agent, you may have to pay them a fee depending on your agreement. We are happy to advise you about this free of charge.
“What price do you pay for a property?”
This depends on different factors - the type, condition or location of the property, whether you want to Sell & Rent Back or Sell & Move On. We normally pay 70% to 85% of your property’s realistic open market value. This value is set by a qualified surveyor - Not an over optimistic estate agent’s valuation.
“How long is the offer valid for?”
Our offer is valid for 28 days. It is still possible to pursue the offer after 28 days, but after this time we reserve the right to review the offer price.
